Anna Gunn

Anna Gunn was born in America. Her most well-known role is her role as Skyler White in Breaking Bad, an AMC Drama series Breaking Bad for which she was awarded the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting actor in the Drama Series in 2013 and 2014. The other roles she played are Jean Ward in The Practice and Martha Bullock from Deadwood. Anna Gunn, born 1968 in Sante Fe New Mexico fell into acting Preparatory before moving her family to Ohio. She was a theatre student at Northwestern University and spent a time with the British American Drama Academy. Anna began her career as a Chicago-based theatre actor for a few years. Then she moved into film and TV. Anna's debut role was Arden, in Down the Shore. She played in 29 episodes. At the beginning of 1990, Anna was a frequent actor in both film and TV like Seinfeld or NYPD Blue. The role was played by Martha Bullock in Deadwood for two seasons throughout the decade of 2000. The show was recast as Skyler in Breaking Bad as Skyler, in the year 2008. She also starred in the Deadwood film and Sully. Gunn also took to the stage to play in the David Schwimmer-directed production of Sex With Strangers. In 2022, Gunn appeared in a series of audio drama podcast titled"Numbered Days". The love story with Walter White and his wife Skyler is the most prominent element of the tale that is told in Breaking Bad with the strained connection between them and the eventual end of their relationship reflecting the exact arc of Walter White's final days of life.
